By providing such customised services for clients I will provide a progressive approach to Interior design, my company offers a wide range of innovative and creative services. 

Option 1

Complete Interior Service

Each decorating process is unique and I will tailor the design process to you and your home’s needs however a good indication of how the process will run is as follows:

• Consultation: Assessment of room or rooms and Create a “Scope of Work”

• Budget estimate: A list of all the elements needed to complete the space.

• Design Plan: Provide Furniture & Decor Suggestions in a "Mood board" format.

• Technical: Floor plans, technical drawings of custom items, space planning,

• Design Process: Procurement, Ordering of the Furniture & Decor items

• Completion: Style room or rooms and add Finishing Touches

  The design and Project Management fee will be 10% of the total project value if over a R1 million value or 15% for projects under a R1 million. Fees for work requested in addition to the scope of work selected will be charged at an hourly rate. Alternatively, a new fee can be negotiated should the brief change substantially.

Option 2

Consulting

The consulting option allows a far more flexible and relaxed approach to any Interior Design queries. I gladly assist and offer my advice, suggestions, shopping, searching, and supplying of all your Interior needs on my hourly rate.

A weekly timesheet will be submitted and invoiced accordingly. This options is for the savvy homeowner who has a keen eye for detail and Interiors but would love the help and advice from a professional to steer them in the right direction.

RATES:
Hourly rate – R1100/ hour
